My in-store pick up order still says "processing" when will it be ready for pick up?

In-store pick ups are shipped to that location and may take up to 4-6 business days to process and arrive at your select location. We do not send a shipping confirmation on these orders since they are shipped out in bulk to the stores. You will receive a ready for pickup email at which point your order is available to pick up at your select store and your order status will update from Processing to Ready to Pickup.

Will you be restocking this item?

We occasionally try to restock our most popular items, but depending on supply, can’t always make that happen.  Contact us at [email protected] and we'll double check whether we have that item in any of our stores for you and if not, we'll certainly make a note to notify you if and when the item is able to be restocked.

Who makes this item?

We work with designers from all over the country to bring you trendy, runway-inspired looks at affordable prices. Many of our items are made right here in the USA, which is noted in the product description.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email directly from UPS or USPS as soon as your item has shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have received shipping confirmation, your order cannot be cancelled. You may return or exchange the order by following our returns and exchanges policy.

Do you carry petite or plus size apparel?

Most of our items are sized as small, medium and large. For sizing information, refer to Fitting and Sizing Help or the measurements table within the description of each article of clothing.

Which items are final sale?

All sale items, earrings, hosiery and adhesive bras are final sale, meaning they cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do you measure your garments?

The measurements listed within the description of each product are specific to that item. They are taken with the item laid on a flat surface and measured across the front only in inches. To get something similar to your measurements, double ours.  Most items are contemporary sizing and in general, a Small is approximately equivalent to 2/4, Medium 6, Large 8/10.

How long are gift certificates valid for?

Gift certificates are valid for one year from purchase date. What if I've lost my gift certificate? No problem, we can look up your gift certificate ID by the email address of the purchaser. 

How long are gift cards or e-cards valid for?

Gift cards and e-cards are valid for five years from purchase date. What if I've lost my gift card? No problem, we can look up your gift card ID by the email address of the purchaser. 

How do I use my gift certificate or gift card for payment?

Enter the unique code listed on your gift certificate/e-card or gift certificate/e-card email or on the back of your vestique gift card in the Gift Card code entry at cart. This will apply your balance to your order. Click Here for more details on gift cards.

I can't get my discount code and gift card to both apply.

We apologize for this inconvenience. We are actively working on this known bug. We're here to help in any way you feel comfortable. You can contact us at [email protected] with your card information and we can create a custom coupon that will apply both your deal and your gift card amount. You can checkout with the discount code and we'll credit your order for the balance of your gift card or you can checkout with your gift card and we'll credit back your gift card with the balance of the discount you should have gotten. Why does my order not show up when I login?

Any guest orders cannot be traced back to an account. If you have an account but select guest checkout, your order will not be tracked within your online customer account but you will still receive email notifications about its progress. If you select guest checkout and afterward create an online account, the same applies. We highly recommend that for quick checkout and full access to order details to create an account

I never received my order or shipping confirmations.

First double check your spam filter to ensure that your order updates did not get caught in spam. Second, we recommend whitelisting [email protected] and [email protected] to ensure you receive all your order email updates.
