Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 15 days of the initial ship date. The ship date is listed on the invoice enclosed in your package. We will not accept returns or exchanges after that date. Returns and exchanges must be in NEW condition, with tags still attached and cannot be worn, altered or washed. Articles received in worn condition will not be refunded. Vestique reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
Earrings, hosiery, adhesive bras and all sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 4 business days to process your return after Vestique receives it. Shipping costs are non refundable.

You may also bring the return or exchange to the store within 15 days of the ship date on your invoice. Please be sure to bring your original invoice.
Vestique is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
If you would like to use UPS to return your items, please email email@example.com with your order number and item you are returning and we will email you a pre-paid return label that you can print out and tape to your package. Securely pack your merchandise and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and mail the package with the return label fastened to the outside. Drop the package off at a UPS shipping location. Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund, less the cost of original shipping and an $8 UPS return shipping fee, and you will receive an email notifying you of the transaction. Allow 2-4 business days for the refund to be applied to your bank account.
Please place an order for the item you wish to exchange for and make note in the comments section at checkout that you are exchanging. We will ship your new order to you immediately. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a pre-paid UPS return label. Print out the return label and tape it to the outside of the package containing the item(s) you wish to exchange. Drop it off at a UPS shipping location. Once we receive your package, we will refund your card for the original purchase. On an exchange, Vestique will happily cover the cost of shipping.
