Fitting and Sizing Help
We want you to adore every article of clothing you purchase from vestique.com. We’re here to help you find the ones that fit well and flatter your figure.
The measurements listed with the description of each product are specific to that item. They are taken with the item laid on a flat surface and measured across the front only in inches. To get something similar to your measurements, double ours. Most items are contemporary sizing and in general, a Small is approximately equivalent to 2/4, Medium 6, Large 8/10.
To measure your body, follow the steps below.
Bust: Start with the tape measure under your arm and pull it around your shoulder blades (it should be flat across your back) bring the tape measure around the fullest part of your breasts; read and record the number.
Waist: To measure your natural waistline, bend over and find where your body creases, this is your waist. It’s generally right above the belly button. Wrap the tape measure around your waist; read and record the number.
Hip: The hips can be tricky, but the easiest way to find them is to drop down 7-9 inches below your waist, stand with your feet together and wrap the tape measure around the fullest part; read and record the number.
Inseam: The easiest way to find this number is to take your favorite pair of jeans (be sure you like the length on the pair you choose) and measure from the crotch of the pant to the floor. Be sure to err on the side of caution to be sure your pants will be long enough.
